Fannie Mae plans to sell $3 billion in two-year bonds on April 11. Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan will manage the sale of the bonds--which are expected to be priced on Wednesday--and Citigroup, Credit Suisse, FTN Financial, HSBC, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and UBS will serve as co-managers.
