A preliminary injunction against Fremont General Corp. that restricts the sale of its subprime mortgages and servicing rights has been expanded by a Massachusetts judge as part of a predatory lending case. The Brea, Calif.-based lender, which denies the allegations of abusive practices, has approximately 2,200 mortgages in Massachusetts in its portfolio.
