Appraisal CONCIERGE is an outsourcing appraisal ordering service that allows lenders to use a “blind draw” system to randomly select a licensed appraiser.

GMAC-RFC Property Finance Selects ISGN’s The Construction Lender
GMAC-RFC Property Finance Ltd., Bracknell, Berkshire, United Kingdom, selected The Construction Lender software system, a full-cycle construction lending technology from ISGN, Bensalem, Pa.

ISGN’s TCL system manages relationships with service providers, automates property inspections via the web and reduces call center workloads. The system also aims to simplify the construction servicing transaction process, including construction to permanent loans, builder lines, A&D loans, master/sub loans, lot loans, 203k loans as well as borrowing base and tiered pricing loans.

Zoot Announces Automated Negotiation System
Zoot Enterprises, Bozeman, Mont., a provider of instant credit decisioning and loan origination products and services, announced the availability of its automated negotiation system for lenders. The system provides loan information that seeks to improve lenders’ business by increasing acceptance rates.

Zoot developed a loan origination system that automatically generates a listing of financing offers. It also analyzes consumer credit requests, obtains credit reports from appropriate credit bureaus and provides information necessary to make credit decisions.

Mortgage Coach Announces New Selling System
The Mortgage Coach, Irvine, Calif., a provider of selling software for the mortgage industry, launched Analyze, its Microsoft .NET-based software platform. Analyze is designed to enable originators to shorten the sales cycle, increase referrals, reduce rate-shopping and increase production.

Analyze uses s a .NET platform to ensure users have the most current, upgraded version. The system’s graphics can be converted to PDF files and emailed to clients directly. Also, it combines calculation tools with full color graphical analyses and integrates with loan origination software, including Encompass and Calyx Point.

RamQuest’s Closing Market Integrates with Notary National Signers
RamQuest Software Inc., Plano Texas, integrated its interface with Notary National Signers, Providence, R.I., a signing company, enabling title companies using RamQuest’s Complete Closing title production software to electronically order notary and attorney services for closings.

The connection is made possible through RamQuest’s Closing Market, an application-to-application interface that electronically connects business partners, allowing participants to work from within their own software. With a network of more than 15,000 notaries and attorneys across the U.S., the NNS service on Closing Market offers 24-hour availability and same day closing. Additionally, NNS offers an on-call attorney, free of charge, to answer questions that could arise at the closing table.
