Survey Shows Mortgage Lenders Lost Confidence

eMediaWire (06/03/08)
A new poll from Housing Predictor shows that mortgage lenders and banks do not garner as much trust from most Americans due to the credit crisis. According to the three-week, online poll ended June 1, 56 percent of respondents say they have "lost confidence" in mortgage lenders and the remaining 44 percent say they have not. Many borrowers who have taken out home loans in recent years face higher mortgage payments as adjustable-rate mortgages increase to higher interest rates.
