Study Shows Builders a Little More Optimistic

Although the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo housing market index held steady at an all-time low of 16 for August, industry insiders appear to be more optimistic about home sales. The measure of current sales conditions rose to 16 from 15 last month. Meanwhile, the gauge of builder expectations during the next six months edged up to 25 from 23.
