Quality Professionals Chooses Zaio Valuation Services
Quality Professionals Inc., Dearborn, Mich., has chose valuation products from Zaio Corp., Scottsdale, Ariz., for use in its quality control services. Quality Professionals is a post-funding audit company for the mortgage banking industry.

Quality Professionals performs the quality control function to meet the requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, federal bank regulatory agencies, HUD and VA. The company also serves institutional investors, private mortgage insurance companies and financial service related entities.

Financial Crossing Launches Independent Advisor Program
Financial Crossing, Palo Alto, Calif., a provider financial liability management, launched its Independent Advisor Program, a program that seeks to expand professional capacity of financial advisors, mortgage originators and other industry professionals.

It aims to enable professionals to function as personal liability managers, providing mortgage and liability analysis, planning, monitoring and execution in real time and on an ethical and objective basis. The program expands consumers’ options on who provides them mortgage advice and processes their loans.

DocuTech Upgrades ConformX User Interface
DocuTech Corp., Idaho Falls, Idaho, a provider of compliance services and documentation technology for the mortgage industry, released a new version of ConformX, which generates compliant closing documents online.

Changes to ConformX appear in the user interface, which provides lenders ability to complete closing documents. DocuTech’s legal compliance staff automatically updates the program with new regulations.

ConformX also supports the shift to electronic and paperless mortgages. The application can generate both eSign PDF documents and Category 1 SMART Documents, the format accepted by Fannie Mae and MERS. ConformX also uses electronic delivery for disclosures and sending documents to the title company.

Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions Manages MLS, Broker Listings
Fidelity National Financial Inc., Jacksonville, Fla., a provider of products, services and technology to the financial and real estate industries, announced that Freedom Interactive, a division of Freedom Communications, Irvine, Calif., partnered with the Data Aggregation Group of Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions’ Broker Agent Products division.

The agreement allows use of MLS and broker listings collected and standardized by FNRES’ data aggregation service. Fidelity data services became available for the first time for use by third-party and media companies.
